Hey ladies! I have now crossed over to the Mrs. side and it is so lovely!!! So here is a short recap...
Friday I ran around getting last minute things for the wedding with my own personal chaufer (I don't know if I spelled that right but it was my sister which was a bridesmaid) All my bridesmaids and my matron of honor and I went to get manicures and pedicures. By the time we were done it was was time for the wedding rehearsal which went very well. Everyone was cooperative, even the children. After that, the groomsmen and best man took my husband out on the town. My bridesmaids, matron of honor, my grandma, my mom, my dad, and the wedding coordinator finished the final touches for the reception and wedding decor. Later...my bridesmaids came and slept over.
Saturday...the big day! I awoke to my bridesmaids catering to my every need...it was wonderful. It had just hit me that morning that by the end of the day I will be a wife...and I will be married to my love! We arrived at the church at 11. My hairstylist and make up artist was there to start preparing for that walk down the isle. I had my own little space. I was ready to take pictures at 2 and then relaxed with my bridesmaids, moh, my attendant, mom and dad until it was time for the wedding at 4 pm. Everything went well and all was beautiful! It was a very emotional wedding...we had just about everyone in tears...including our kids! Reception wss beautiful as well. It was an overall beautiful day mostly because I married my wonderful husband!
We haven't got our pictures back but my sister took a picture with her phone and sent it to me. This was right after we were announced husband and wife.
