Photographer?

FI's parents just gave us an early wedding present, so we now have some extra money to play around with. We weren't originally planning on having a photographer, as we are getting married at MGM and they don't allow outside photographers, only theirs. So was thinking of maybe getting one for the dinner and the DDB or just the DDB. Does anyone have a general idea of how much Todd or one of the other photographers would charge for 2-4 hours? I'm just trying to figure out if it'd be worth doing, or if that would be too expensive before checking with them to see if they are available. Otherwise I was planning on having my sister and my friend who have nice cameras just take pictures.

    Thanks! That's not bad at all, I might need to do that. Do you have him for a private strip tour, a DDB tour, or during the ceremony and after?

    I have glitter lens photography for 2 1/2 hours for 395 for our strip tour after the ceremony

    My only concern is when we are doing DDB, the only planned stop is the LV sign. Not sure if candids on the bus would make up for the rest of the cost other than those at the sign?

    I know this may not work for you - but FI and I decided to do a photo tour instead of joining guests on the DDB. We will follow the bus to the sign to take pictures with our guests then head off with Todd for our strip tour. So far we want to do Planet Hollywood, Paris and Mirage depending on time.

    Private strip tour. We aren't allowed to have outside photography so I figured that we would get nice pictures done after. I know Joey has done DDB pictures. I think he has some examples on his website.
