Seating chart...

I've just added another couple to my guest list but it will not allow me to add them to the seating chart. It keeps saying they do not exist and to add them but when I go to the guest list manager, they are there. I don't know how else to fix this. Please help.

    Your best bet is to not use any of TKs planning features.  They tend to be finicky and not always work.  I would just transfer all of your information into an excel spreadsheet and save it to your computer.  But if you do insist on using TKs features at least make a backup copy just in case.
