Maps/ Directions

Anyone providing maps or directions in your invitations? Did you create them yourself or what? I wanted to include with my invitations should I do both or one of them!

    There is a directions card in the pocket of our invitations.  There is a map on our website.
  • We were going to do a map in the invitation, but I couldn't get it looking right, so we decided against it. We did include parking directions for the ceremony, as the parking is across the street from our location. We do have directions and a map on our website though.

    The other thing we were going to include was the hotel info, but assembled a bunch of invites, sealed them and then remember about it, so that will just have to go on the website as well.

  • We are putting the directions and map on our website. We decided that since the hotel information is important to our OOT guests and they need to make reservations prior to receive the discount, that we should put that in the invites. There is a link to our website on the accommodations insert that says Directions and additional wedding information provided through the website as well.
    We are also sticking the directions and map inside our Welcome bags. Most of our local guests know where our venue is since it's around a popular side of town. We may need to provide parking/driving directions for our rehearsal dinner though since parking for that is across the street.
  • I put the directions on the website but I am planning on putting maps/directions in my out of town bags.
