  Depending on what you want, you could make it.
  
  I wanted one with pearls to wear over my plain veil comb, so I strung pearls of various sizes on beading wire and wrapped around a clear comb. I glued on a few rhinestones for sparkle. I got everything from a craft store (Michaels), and total cost was $30 ish.
