I was just wondering how long it took to get your contract from them?

I have been waiting for a contract for 2 months and I have emailed Jennifer multiple times and she always says you will have it with in 2 days and nothing.... Some times she doesn't respond. 

I am starting to get worried because May 3rd is a popular wedding date for next year and she has not taken deposit either. I am literally throwing my deposit at her and she won't take it. I'm frustrated and I am starting to look else where... Is this common practice for Muse? or am I only one getting this practice?

    Well I can't offer no help but we are date twins and I've already booked and paid my HMU with harmony so I'm one less May 3rd bride to worry about. Good luck hopefully you hear back from her soon!

    Jennifer has always gotten back to me very quickly. That's why I decided to go with Muse. She was the first to contact me back after my inquiry.

    I texted Jennifer and she always got back right away. She was moving the weekend I requested to book her, so it took about 4 days to get the contract back from her. Not sure why, but it seems like texting her is the best way to get a quick response.

    She was great until I said I would like to book her and she told me the deposit amount and i asked for the contract.... after that she has be delaying it and promising to get it too me and is always busy and will send it this week. 

    It makes me think she double booked my date and she is hoping I will go away....

    Hmmm...that may be a possibility...I've booked Whitney from Desert Glamour but we only have her from 6-9AM. So if you end up looking around she may be available!

    Jennifer just emailed me my contract. I emailed her about a week ago then she said she will have my contract ready in two days. I did hear from her in 3 days with my contract. She gave me 2 weeks to go over it and make sure everything is correct before sending it back. She said she was super busy this last month

    @KikiMira Its not till August 2nd 2014. I want to make sure I have all the important stuff booked. She will be the DOC and hair/makeup. When is yours??

    That's gotta be frustrating. Have you tried texting/ calling her? If so and you still have no luck then I would say to start
    Looking elsewhere. Even if Shea booked she should at least
    Tell you iinstead of avoiding you!

    Its crazy that you are having a hard time contacting her. Maybe you emails are going in the spam box, that happened to me once. I was just emailing back and forth yesterday and the day before to finalize my contract.

    Great thanks for reassuring that it wasn't just me. I had an email stream going with her, so it should have gone to her inbox. Oh well. I booked with Beautybybri.com, she has been absolutely amazing! She keeps up contact and everything :) After I booked her she posted that she is now the new beauty director for Dior Las Vegas :)

    Teacherjodee, me either. I just emailed her last night as well and also got a response first thing this morning. I have my trial next Tuesday and the wedding's Thursday, so I'll let all of you know how it goes!
