  I did it The X Family but you should probably also list specific names of those invited on the inner envelope so you don't have crazy add-ons. 
  
  (ex: Mr. Smith, Mrs. Smith, Johnny Smith, Susie Smith and Beyonce Smith)

  I figured all the other names were boring.  I almost made her a Rainbow Smith but I thought Beyonce was more likely.

  Definitely list out the names. Otherwise people will add on Grandma, Grandpa, and the kids' friends. Remember if any of the kids are over 18, they should technically get their own invitation and their BF/GF (as applicable) should be invited.

  Mr and Mrs Smith

  Tommy, Katie, Susie, and Brandon Smith

  123 Main Street

  Anytown, USA

  I would use:

  Mr & Mrs. John Smith
  Johnny, Susie, and Beyonce
  1234 Main Street
  Hilo, Hawaii 88023

  Also, if any of these people are over the age of 18, they need their own invitation, even if they are still living at home with their parents.

  Mr. and Mrs. Jay Zelda Smith, and next line is, Miss Blue Ivy Smith, and next line is Miss Unborn Beyonce Smith, and so on, decreasing by age.

  This really only works if you have inner envelopes.
