  I am getting married at the Webb Barn, but in May. My caterer, Emily's Catering, is renting the chairs for me. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I would contact your caterer to see if they will do it for you. Emily's is renting, setting up, and taking down the chairs for us at no additional charge!!

  Your Caterer should be able to give you some ideas for your chairs,  you can rent the garden white or go with a wood color that matches the barn   You could have them moved in after the ceremony.  Hope this helps

  This probably isn't helpful so late in the game, but we ordered farm benches from CT rentals. They are beautiful!
