xp - honeymoon resort needed .. 3-4 hr drive from Chicago

I'd welcome any recommendations for resorts that are a 3-4 hour drive (or less!) from Chicago.  It'll be during the winter months. We're hoping for something with a nice indoor pool and hopefully a spa too.

    Here's some we looked into when planning our minimoon, although we just stayed right in downtown in the end.

    Eagle Ridge in Galena.
    Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, MI.

    Lake Geneva or Galena are pretty much all I'd say.  Both have very cute downtowns to walk around, shop, eat, and have quiet but pretty views and nights.

    Wisconsin Dells has a nice resort (Sundara) that has an indoor spa area and their outdoor pool is heated (though probably too cold for the winter).

    Elkhart Lake has a couple resorts, The Osthoff being the largest with a spa, and is about a 3 hour drive from the city.    Lake Geneva has lots of options, but I would say The Abbey has everything you are looking for.

    In Geneva, Harrington spa is nice. I stayed here for a conference... turn down service with a cookie and a glass of milk!
