  Most BBQ places do as well. We did Sonny Bryan's for 11/pp.

  I contacted Carino's and they are in that price range.  We are looking for one too but don't want BBQ nor Black Eyed Pea.  So wanted something else.  We thought Pasta would be good?

  We got married in FW & had Abuelo's catering. They were only $9-12 per person. Very budget-friendly and delicious!

  I'm doing Terra Mediterranean Grill (downtown FW) for our dinner buffet. We are getting tons of food for less than $20/person. You pick what you want to order from their catering menu and its by 1/2 sheets (serves about 20 people). They have a lunch buffet every day for $13 if you want to sample their food and see what a 1/2 sheet looks like.

  We used TCP Catering and they fell into that price range. I think we ended up somewhere around $15/pp and that included plates, flatware and glassware as well. I highly recommend them.
