  If you're along the south half of the strip I've typically just gone to the walmart super center:
  
  

  6005 S Eastern Ave

  Las Vegas, NV 89119
  
  It should be less than 15 minutes in traffic and is one stop shop for everything.

  There is Wal-Mart on the south side just past the airport.

  We used the Super Walmart on Eastern Ave, and it worked out well. If you have a vehicle, I'd say that's the one to choose.
