I feel a little weird posting this because I'm still "new" here...but he popped the question this weekend! We scheduled a day to get our "family pictures" (the 2 of us and the dog) done back in July. The session was yesterday (Sunday). He asked me to marry him at the end of our photo shoot in front of Beaumont Tower (an iconic landmark on the Michigan State campus -- where we met). He always knew I wanted someone to capture it in pictures but I never thought he'd do it like this. I haven't stopped smiling since yesterday and it feels so good to tell everyone and make it "official". In the few short weeks (month?) I've been on here, you guys have helped me a lot in how to approach my planning and things like that. I appreciate it a lot!! I hope I can stick around
