Hi everyone! My name is Terra. I needed to introduce myself by sharing the story of Teddie proposing to me, while in full circus sideshow freak costume.
Okay. We were at a costume-optional party called Messenger Prom, it's an annual thing, and every year we dress up as something silly. This year we were the Circus Strongman and the Bearded Lady. Note the dozens of classic-American-style temporary tattoos and my fabulous red unitard.
Still with me? So. I really wanted us to win Prom King and Queen, I made flyers, I was campaigning super hard. I could complain on and on about why we didn't win, but long story short is we didn't win, but then I looked over and Teddie was kneeling and taking a RING BOX OUT OF THE POCKET OF THE CARGO SHORTS HE HAD ON UNDER HIS BEARDED LADY DRESS.
He had tipped off our friend who is a pro photographer beforehand, so we were lucky enough to get these wonderful shots of the proposal happening. The same photographer friend will be shooting our wedding OCTOBER 25, 2014 in CHICAGO!
