Desperate to find this dress

My daughter is getting married and I found this dress and store I saw it in no longer carries it and won't give me the name of the designer.  Does anyone know who the designer is or what store I can find it in?  I love it, and can't see myself walking my daughter down the aisle in any other dress than this one.  Thank you in advance!

    At which store did you try it on?  You can check their website to see which designers they carry, and then search those designers' websites to see if its one of that designer's dresses.

    I tried a Google search using keywords, and a Google Image search.

    No luck.

    I'm wondering if this is a custom gown that was made for someone but never purchased.

    I have been going through the designers listed for the store I saw it in-so far, no luck. When I tried it on, I asked if it was custom made for someone else and was told no. I am not sure whether I was told the truth or not.

    Most stores only carry a couple designers. For example, the store I bought my dress at had Allure, Mori Lee, and one other. Another had Demetrios, Mary's and one other. I'd probably just walk into the damn place feigning that you're still looking, figure out what those designers are, and start a hunt. Maybe contact the designers themselves to ask if it's something they carry. 

    It may take a lot of footwork as it may have been discontinued period, making finding it used your only real venue but hopefully that will at least narrow down what designer and style it is.

    I find it incredibly hard to believe that they won't tell you the designer and style number when they NO LONGER CARRY the damn dress.

    I hope your daughter didn't purchase her wedding gown there! That store sounds awful.

    try copy, pasting the picture of the dress under google images. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Best of luck!

    Thank you for giving me all of those great suggestions. I followed them and did a lot of work, but I found the dress and the designer and I ordered the dress. I am one happy Mother-of the- Bride!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
    Now my biggest problem is trying to figure out what kind of heels to wear with this dress....any suggestions??

    Congrats on finding the dress--which designer is it?

    I would go with black strappy heels (or black satin "regular" heels if its a winter wedding).  Any other color might be too much with the metallic/olive undertones of the dress.
