  I used Lutz Karpf for my wedding he is amazing and great with Afican American skin. I also used Alluring Faces for my bridal party and she did a great job as well. They are both located in Miami. You can google them both and their website will come up for contact info.

  I am using Lisa Lee of Alluring Faces for my wedding (which is in 25 days, yikes!). She does really good hair and make up. http://www.alluringfaces.com/Weddings.html Her prices are really reasonable as well.

  Check taryllatkins.com She does great and flawless work.  She did my Mom's bridal party some years ago and is as sweet as pie. Her portfolio is a-mazing!

  Hi Lecia, hope I'm not too late. But contact Alicia Couri with ACBeauty! She's wonderful and her rates are very reasonable! Re: her work. I hate make up that makes you look sweaty and oily after a few hours. So, after my trial with Alicia my face still looked fresh and natural after a few hours.(she airbrushed my make up).
