refund and apology from the idiot of muse hair and make up.  when she was no call no show and fn rude to one of our brides.

    I'm not the bride you're referring to but I was a part of that conversation. I decided to cancel my contract with Muse over all of the negative reviews. I emailed Jennifer this and told her my reasons and she actually didn't charge me the 50% of my contract fine (since it's less than 30 days before my wedding) AND offered to refund my deposit. I thought that was pretty stand up of her. She could have ripped me a new one with that contract.

    I can't speak for her not showing up, since we didn't get that far. I can just say that all of the negative reviews here made me rethink my contract.

    I ended up getting my refund in full deposited into my account yesterday, so that part worked out alright.
