Venue - Is it possible

Hello,

Does anyone have suggestions for a unique venue that can accomodate up to 250 guests that costs $2500 or less that comes with table and chairs or is it just a pipe dream.  I am willing to travel up to an hour outside of DC.

Any suggestions will be great

    Blue Heron Center in Annapolis is $1400 and is in the middle of Quiet Waters Park. Not sure what capacity is, but it's more than 150. Good luck!

    I am getting married at Bull Run Golf Club in Haymarket VA. It is $2500 and I believe accomodates 250 including tables and chairs. If you do your ceremony there as well there is a $500 ceremony fee to include the chairs for the ceremony, though.
