10-12 year old girls

Hi -- I'm struggling to find a dress for two girls who will be in the 10-12 yo ballpark at the time of our wedding.

The three older BMs will wear this in Navy http://www.alexiadesigns.com/Bridesmaids/Alexia-Designs/Short-Pleated-Cocktail-length-Asymetrical-neck-line-Style-4132/.  I see the BMs lined up and the Girls in front of them....kinda bowling-pin style.  I'd like the girls' dresses to be close in color (the line only has a few dresses in the same color/fabric, none appropriate and all too $$).  I also want to bring in the accent color which is yellow via a sash on the young girls (no specified shade...daises will be part of bouquets, maybe some daffodil décor).  It is a Brunch so I do want shorter dresses.  I envisioned a basic sheath w/ bow but it's harder to find that I imagined!  Especially in a style that meets the age (i.e. my mom glanced at this for me and said she thinks it's too mature of a cut: http://www.lightinthebox.com/sheath-column-jewel-knee-length-taffeta-junior-bridesmaid-dress_p410733.html)

The parents of one girl are very conservative and probably quick to deem something too mature (I won't add another link, but that was the case w/ my initial idea).  The girls' GM is my FMIL and she's stuck on price issues...the moms (FSILs) aren't saying much but I think they agree.  One gave a suggestion,  priced at 67: http://www.lightinthebox.com/a-line-strapless-hem-length-satin-bridesmaid-dress_p252729.html ...some flower/bow décor is fine, but I really dislike this décor.

Any suggestions or even just ideas for websites to look at?  My salon really didn't have much and the prices run a bit higher.  I did try DB and a few other sites with no luck yet.  The girls are kinda stuck in an in-between place where a "typical" fluffy FG dress is too young, but most other dresses feel too old.  Their title is still TBD...I like "Flower Ladies"...it seems like they want to do petal tossing, but I'll check in with them closer...at that age, I think a schoolmate's comment might suddenly make them feel that it would be too "babyish" to do the flower toss or have a "flower" title.

The one mom did say she could make a dress if I had the fabric to match the BM dresses (since I'd love a true match, but a general coordination is okay), but I'd rather not have her do that work and I'm also a bit nervous that she'd alter an agreed upon plan a bit.  The moms have also been tough to get replies from and I don't want to have to chase her down (I'm a worrier and a "do early"er)
