  Their dresses are inexpensive and you can make their outfits more art deco with accessories. Just remember if you require them to wear certain accessories, you pay for them and if it's part of their wedding get-up, it's not considered their "gift".

  I agree that finding an inexpensive art deco dress would be next to impossible, unless you searched thrift stores or other lower-end vintage stores. The dresses you posted are very nice and seem very appropriate for that type of wedding. I agree that it is the detail in the accessories that transforms traditional into art deco style.   Warning: Costuming Nerd Ahead (Elizabethan and Victorian are mainly what I do, and I can't find my favorite fashion history book so I had to do some quickie googling to back up my thoughts).
  
  "Art Deco" is going to refer more towards visual arts than fashion so it sort of depends what direction you want to go in.  There's tons of Art Deco inspired jewelry out there, so you could pair that with a simple dress like PP's have suggested.
  
  The option would be 30's inspired fashion.  30's evening wear is pretty easy--long, slinky dresses with low backs.  I've seen some decent options even at David's Bridal and the evening wear pairs gorgeously with the more obviously Art Deco jewelry.  For a garden party type setting... that gets a little trickier depending on how historically accurate you want to be.  Ideally you'd be looking for something mid-calf in length, flowy but not poofy, with a ruffled or butterfly-sleeved top.  Floral prints were pretty popular. Plus if you're thinking garden party--hats!  I love hats!

  Art Deco is a term for art and articheture. In modern day, it also hint for  luxury and glamour, Since it's around the 30s - 50s' you could go with their fashion..although I prefer swing dress with a pearl necklace for vintage.
