Ideas for involving Future Nieces?

FI has two nieces - they're 14+15, so too old to be flower girls, and I don't want to give them crap "jobs" like guestbook attendants -

Anyone have any ideas on how we can involve them in our wedding?

FWIW, we're having an interfaith, but mostly Jewish, wedding.

I did make two little ring dishes, and I thought about having them bring our rings up front at the appropriate time (sort of like ring bearers, but not processing down the aisle).

Thoughts?

That was my original thought, but readings aren't typically done at Jewish weddings, and I'm already squeezing one in for my older brother.
