This maybe a silly question.  On the way to church sitting in the car should your gown be bustled till you get into church?

    No. But you'll probably want to make sure you've got someone on hand to help you keep the giant thing in order.

    No.  Bustles can be a bit complicated and to bustle it and then un-bustle it and then bustle it again would be a pain in the ass.  Also, bustling your dress could cause major wrinkles.  Just make sure you have a person or two to help negotiate your train into the car and as you are walking outside so that it doesn't get dirty or to messed up.
