Wednesday Accountability

I meant to post this earlier since more than just me, myself, and I are interested in bringing back the accountability threads: 

B: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, grape tomatoes, banana
S: Watermelon
L: Salad with raspberry vinaigrette, ABP barley and creamy lentil soup 
D: ST buffalo turkey burger with blue cheese broccoli slaw, baked sweet potato fries

E: Yoga 

W: I'm on my 5th 16oz cup right now :)

    B:  2 eggs, onion/sweet potato hash (1/2 sweet potato, YUM!), black coffee
    S:  nectarine
    L:  CL's beef and butternut squash tagine, sauteed cabbage, pink lady apple
    S:  if I have one, maybe some sunflower seeds or almonds
    D:  roast chicken thighs over root veggies (butternut squash, onion, carrots, purple potato)

    E:  not sure, maybe some body weight training super quick...  wednesday's are my busy nights.

    B- Coffee and pb on english muffin
    L- Mexi and margs with the coworker
    D- FI's famous Jambalaya and wine duh

    My goals for the next three months are to not gain more than 10 pounds while finishing my degree. This is a legit goal. Everyone gains weight during thesis time, so I'm just hoping it isn't too much. 

    Today so far I've eaten:

    B: Cereal and almond milk, coffee
    S: almonds and prunes
    L: Turkey and swiss on a slice of dark rye bread, baby carrots, and an apple

    later I'm planning on
    S: Peach Chobani yogurt
    D: Homemade Tex-Mex Turkey 3-bean Chili - either as chili mac or with a baked potato
    and probably wine
