Hi ladies!! How was your weekend? Did you keep your fitness goals in check? What are your mini-goals for this week?

Soo I completly busted my toe yesterday when we were out walking around!! I don't think it's broken but it hurts really bad where I hit it and where there's a scab. Ugh. I couldn't run this morning and have a big half marathon this weekend so I hope it shapes up. 

Yesterday we went out for brunch so I had mimosas and an omlette for breakfast, lunch was ice cream and dinner was gnocchi... haha kind of a random day! :)

    My weekend was fantastic! It was pretty warm here this weekend, so we did  some shopping at the outlet mall on Saturday and had my first Mothers Day! My FI made a homemade card from our daughter with her handprint traced on the front! It's the best card I have ever received! Laughing Every week I reaad about all of your fitness goals and it makes me realize I need to get my butt in gear if I want to be in shape anytime soon. I sitll have about 7-10 lbs of baby weight that I need to lose and I have come to realization that it's not going to just call off like the first 22lbs did after having her! My eating habits aren't the issue it's the whole not working out thing! So here's to me hopefully getting my butt in gear and start working out! Laughing Hope everyone has a fantastic Monday!

    Amber - Happy first Mothers Day! I need to get my butt in gear too and stop being lazy!
    I want to look 20 pounds in the next 100 days. I'm still 3 pounds away from fitting into my wedding dress and 15 pounds away from being "comfortable" in a swimsuit!
    Today I had a protein shake for breakfast, I'm gonna have a veggie burger for lunch with maybe some beans and have no idea what to do for dinner. Maybe chicken and some veggies.

    Hi Ladies,

    My weekend was good, although the eating went a little off course.  But I got a great (almost) 4 mile run in on Saturday and then went for a long walk with my sister yesterday!

    I am actually starting a 9 days shake/cleanse program today.  I try to do it once or twice a year and was having trouble finding a good 2-week period to get it in before summer.  So I decided that I just have to give up a few 'social' events in the next week to get it in!

    Today's Plan:
    B - shake
    S - raw almonds
    L - shake
    S - apple
    D - grilled chicken, salad and a veggie
    Lots and lots of water!

    WO - weight training session

  • Amber -- I'm obsessed with running so I'll ask haha have you thought about training for a 5k? I think that's a great way to get in shape!!

    Marcia -- Are you sure you have 20 lbs to lose?! You look great!!

    I actually used to be an avid runner and then tore a ligament in my ankle so now me and running don't get a long! <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-frown.gif" border="0" alt="Frown" title="Frown" /> I have a hideous ankle brace that I'm supposed to wear but my foot doesn't fit in a shoe when I have it on so I don't wear it and then I'm lucky if I can run a mile  without the feeling of my ankle wanting to fall apart! I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and am hoping to start this week sometime! I heard it pretty much kicks your butt if you are out of shape and that I am!   • Yesterday was another day of CrossFit! Still doing on-ramp, so learning the techniques, movements, correct form, etc. 

    Learned how to do burpies and kipping pull-ups (YouTube it!) and did some box jumps.

    I am feelin' it today! So sore, but it feels great to get my heart rate rising and body moving!
