Officiant Suggestion?

Hi knotties,

I have been very MIA on these boards lately.  Work and wedding planning (offline) has consumed my time.  Things were going great in terms of booking vendors until we hit a snag in finding an officiant, the one we had our heart set on his booked for our wedding day.  So, who have you heard great things about?  Our wedding is on Oahu, so any Oahu officiant recs would be greatly appreciated!

    I am currently looking for an officiant in Maui, and this is what I did:

    I went to StyleMePretty Destination weddings and searched for all the Maui weddings.  In at least half of them, they indicate who the officiant was in the credits.  This is also how I am researching ceremony music options.

    Although my impression is that SMP has more high-end events, I have found that even then I'm likely to find more potential vendors / musicians / etc. than by relying on TK.

    Yes yes yes to Kahu Bruce!!!  I just got our ceremony details from him and I'm so excited now for our wedding!!  He's been great so far.

    Ooo I've been wondering about this too! I've heard so many amazing reviews about kahu Bruce! We are not having a 'Hawaiian' wedding, more just a wedding in Hawaii so I was wondering if he does an overly Hawaiian ceremony? We don't mind spiritual but we just don't want it to be traditionally Hawaiian.
