I may get flamed for this question

and I understand that.

I know that I am going to iclude the Photog,DJ and I ask the JOP to the reception dinner.  But I have Strings for the ceramony and the Cocktail hour ( 5pm- 7pm)  do I invite them to the reception?

    Really?  See, but they are leaving at 7 PM, and I doubt they want to stay around for the food (unless it is good.. grin!).  We are having a duo play from 4 - 6 PM (ceremony and cocktail hour) and I'm not getting them a meal.  Don't forget, the vendor meals usually get served after teh guests are served, so will they want to stick around and wait for it? (probably at least an hour after the entrances, dances and everyone is served)

    anyway, I'd just ask them if they want it before you pay for it.  (our vendor meals are $35, not bad, but still that is $70 I can save if they don't want it, which I'll probably give them as a tip anyway).

    PS.  Our JP said no need to get her a meal either.  She said she's stay for a little bit during the cocktail hour, but not for dinner.  Again, I'd ask before you pay for an extra meal.
