So, someone posted a link a while ago about an underskirt that had hoops sewn into it so that you could more easily lift the bottom of your dress when walking on grass, sand, or whatever. It had elastic so it would basically cover the bottom of the skirt so that nothing would drag. I've spent an hour looking through old posts and Google searching and I've come up with nothing. Does anyone remember it? Or have any other ideas. I just saw the tiny concrete outdoor bathrooms of our venue and I'm worried about my dress!
