hi mods, quick question - for our purposes how what is the determining criteria for thread closure? does it have to reach a certain number of posts? certain amount of time to have passed since the most recent post in that thread? additionally how do we get a thread reopened? sorry if the answers to these are contained somewhere else.

Hey there! I can close and reopen a thread whenever paged. We currently do not have a system that closes a thread after X amount of days (we're working on that!)

thanks for responding Porscha. I'm asking because at least 3 threads on this board were closed (it seems arbitrarily) one day and never reopened. We didn't get a: hey we're closing this thread because dot dot dot, we just looked up and they were unavailable. My question remains: what determines a closure.

p.s. if you consider this a page, could you please reopen the threads that are closed here - new brides on this board don't know where to go to introduces themselves, as one example. thanks very much in advance.

We closed threads months ago when we removed moderator roles, so that mods no longer had the responsibility to reply. I'll reopen them now!

LMAO!!!!!! Leesh. Awesomesauce is just one of those things I say. As to the latter, I'm thinking those 2 textures would oppose each other but dangit if you not gone make me find a way to turn my motts more delicious.
