Tuesday accountability

Ran 5 miles this morning... WOOT. Only 2-3 days later than I was supposed to...  but at least I got it done!

Goal: 48 oz of water and no little chocolate snacks all day. I have a banana on my desk that MUST get eaten today!

    B:  2 eggs and some skillet sweet potato with bacon
    L:  asian glazed drumstick, rice and peas, cabbage and mushrooms, baby carrots; red pear
    S:  almonds and/or grapes
    D:  ST salisbury steaks with baked potatoes and salad; orange

    E:  tape off the house for painting this week; hopefully at least a short workout in addition to that

    GOAL:  no sweets or processed snacks

    B- Coffee and cereal
    L- Leftover spaghetti and meatballs
    D- probably spaghetti leftovers again

    I'm eating terrible today...but this past weekend I stayed on track. FI wants to start Whole30 when we hit a month until the wedding...I feel like I need to prepare for this eating plan in some way.

    E- Going for a long run tonight. It's nice and cool outside so I'm looking forward to it.

    @southernpeach89 - H and I did the W30!  I was in the kitchen for HOURS, plus it almost doubled our grocery bill.  @flygirlmeg did it too, and she liked it.  I did not like it at all, but H did... of course, he wasn't the one doing the food prep, cooking, or shopping.  the guy eats like a horse!  ;)  good luck!!

    @CocoBellaF -FI has a W30 cookbook and I figured our grocery bill would go up but he seems to think that we can stay in budget for some reason...idk what he is thinking. There were a lot of recipes in there that I thought looked great though so I'm glad to hear that your H liked it. I'm a little nervous about it but I'll give it a try with him and see how it goes.
