  Nah - it's not necessary at all. If you want, you could get a pretty corsage since you'll need your hands to be free for the ceremony portion.

  As I mentioned before, we're having a private ceremony on Friday. We're hanging from a cliff - actually free rappelling down and stopping halfway to do the ceremony. It just dawned on me yesterday that I don't really need a bouquet. The only thing I'd use it for would be pictures on Saturday and then walking into the reception. The grounds of the reception site are beautiful. They have this huge garden with gorgeous flowers. I don't know that a bouquet is really necessary. My aunt is a pro photographer so I asked her for her opinion, picture-wise. I could also purchase a broach bouquet from Etsy. What do you guys think?

  I can't see a boquet being worth it in this sense especially if it is something that you wouldn't miss...also really like that your doing your ceremony on a cliff!!!!!!

  I would skip it since the only place the bouquet is used is the ceremony and I think it would be weird to have one on Saturday since your guests aren't witnessing a ceremony.

  Also, brooch bouquets are gorgeous, no doubt, but they're heavy. I made mine for my wedding next month. It weighs 3 lbs.
