Bellagio wedding package

Just wondering how the planning process goes...once the deposit paid, how does the rest of the stuff being arranged (select the music, the bouquet, photo package...) will the wedding coordinator contact you as the time approach or you have to make you selection and send them to the wedding coordinator?

    Ive just been bugging the coordinator. She sent me a list of things to make decisions on and ive just been going off that. Im sure as we get closer the coordinator will be asking for more info but they take care of most things
