  Any idea where i can find a template for this type of thing?? i have been googling the crap out of it but only get seating diagrams. i am just looking for a nice template that will be for my guests to figure out where they should go.

  Have the Etsy shop design it.  Seriously, if the bride was originally going to do this, it must be in her budget.
