  you know a good place to ask this:  FB AAW Knotties page.  Veteran brides from everywhere who've already used a caterer.  I'm not sure about access to it, you may need to send an email to the administrator (MissJ).    Dr. Palmer, sorry to put your name on blast, but you do have the batcape and stuff.  lol.
