I am bored at work, sooooo are there any July 2014 brides hanging around here?

Fi and I are getting married on July 23! At Aria having our reception at wicked spoon, then hopefully having the DDB afterwards.

Hello, I have been lurking on my local board, but FI and I have decided we would rather do Vegas. We would like to get married July 26, 2014. It was my parents anniversary, who passes away last year. We want to honor them somehow at the wedding, but haven't figured out how yet. We have narrowed down our choices and will hopefully have it booked by the end of this week.

Im getting married July 26th 2014!! Everything is booked! Our ceremony is at the Mandarin Oriental and the reception is at Joe's Seafood and Prime Steak. We went to Vegas in August to check everything out and its so pretty. We have about 35 guest and I cant wait!

I'm getting married July 12, 2014 at Aria. Most everything is booked. Reception is at Maggiano's. Am still looking at hair and makeup artists. Any suggestions? I see so many with good reviews and then I read a couple of bad reviews and it makes me leary.

I am getting married July 20, 2014 we are doing a Seahawks themed wedding with Seahawks colors of the Navy & Grey ( the green will be on my garter and shoes) I have Harmony booked for our hair and makeup. We are getting married in the Garden Chapel at the Flamingo, we are doing a in suite reception as people are flying back home that night

Has everyone completely organised everything for July? I think I'm done...but keep thinking 'what have I forgotten?!' I keep thinking there is something really obvious that I have forgotten?!

i need to make my welcome bags next month but am waiting for the stuff to come from the Convention Center to put in them

I need to clean my dress, and pay off everything

i need to get my sons tux and my FI tux

and ship everything for the wedding that i don't want to bring in luggage to a friend in Vegas and i think i am done!

July 5th. Ceremony is at the Aria followed by dinner at Wolfgang Pucks in Crystals. I thought having it over the holiday weekend was ideal and was sure I was not the only bride that thought of it but now I'm thinking I am!

tmkerzan, I am getting married on the 8th! I really didn't want during the week but it has worked out. Thats the date we first starting dating and the date he proposed so I wanted to keep it! :] But I would have picked the 5th if I couldn't get the 8th to work out.

My only concern with having it over the holiday weekend was the rates at the hotels but when I researched it they weren't that much more. Plus the Aria has really extended a generous discount for our guests so it worked out.

We are mostly done planning. We have everything booked and payed for except the party bus. I have a party bus I really want but it's a tad too small for our wedding size so I will try to book after our RSVPs come in. If we have a full guest count we will go with our option B. I just had my first dress fitting and need to figure out how I want to get it to vegas. I think I will carry it on the plan and bring a travel steamer. If I feel like it needs more work our wedding planner said it won't be any problem to schedule a steamer to come, somewhat last minute. I checked on a couple places and they don't charge extra. I need to go shopping to, but more for our trip and less for the wedding.

i'm bringing a steamer, i'm shipping the dress to a friend in Vegas i was stressing about bringing it on the Plane with all of us LOL!!

Yeah we ended up just booking at the Excalibur for the 4th & 5th since the rates were higher and it's our first time in Vegas so I am sure we will not be in the room much the first couple days anyways, then on Sunday we are changing to the Golden Nugget and that's when all of our guests are coming in.
