Making a list - checking it twice?

Hi ladies -

So for the past few days I have been confirming with all vendors the final price and headcount and making sure I have my payment due dates written down.  I know we still have to do the favor bags (we're doing s'mores bags, so can't do them until the week before the wedding) and my FI still has to finish the cake stand and the cross that will be the "backdrop" for the ceremony.

What items are still on your to do list?  Maybe we can help each other remember things we may have forgotten!

I have been doing similar things with the vendors and coordinating our final appointments with them to confirm day of schedule.

The rest of October will consist of:
Printing off programs, menus, table numbers, and escorts.
I would like to go on ahead and put together my welcome bags for the guests as well.
I have a meeting with our Pastor on our one month mark to finalize the ceremony
This Friday FI and I are going to get our marriage license!! Yay!!

That's about it for the important parts, the rest is just finalizing things with vendors, wedding party, and family.

Our RSVP deadline is Saturday. Luckily, we only have 5 invites that haven't replied, so we should be plenty good on timing with counts and everything.

    My to do list:
Final Payments to all vendors, most due 2 weeks out
Give final guest counts to rental company, caterer, cake bakery, florist (for centerpiece count)
    Escort Cards
    Seating Chart
Ceremony Programs (I've already made a few, they are a bit time consuming)
    OOT bags
    Bathroom Baskets
    Misc Decoration Projects

@dramamonkey - I'm excited about them - we have two outdoor fire pits and I'm really looking forward to sneaking a late night dessert.  :)  Are you guys doing labels or just bags?

@cedixon0 I'm not sure. Toying around with the idea of using them as place cards too.... like, the place card is stapled onto the top of the bag, or on the tag or something.

I like how these look, though. BUt I'd probably use ribbon instead of twine.

ETA: My mom makes chocolates and has a ton of shaped chocolate molds, so I think instead of the Hershey bar, we'll include 4 pieces of molded chocolate - our initials (K, D, F) and a heart.
