Accommodation Cards?

I am looking at a matching set of invitations I like on Vistaprint and trying to figure out our invitation budget.  Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same place so I was planning on just having "reception to follow" on the invitation and not doing a separate reception card/invite.  The hotel we are having our wedding has about 45 rooms (we have the whole place) and have 2 other suggested hotels for overflow.  Our STD has our wedding website with all of this information - is it necessary to also include a separate accommodation card?  Are people savvy enough to look at our website for this information?  A lot of guests will be coming in from out of town.  Do we need inner envelopes?  It would just be our invitation, RSVP card/envelope and possibly accommodation card.  Thanks :)

    For OOT guests it would be nice to include a card in the invitation that tells them that rooms were booked and a phone number for the hotel or something.  However, if you want to save the money and only have a few OOT guests, you could call them on the phone to let them know about the hotel rooms.

    I would definitely include an accomodations card.  As much as you would hope people would look at your website, reality is most won't.  

    An inner envelope is not required.  We used it....this is where we put "and guest" for the truly single people.

    If your budget allows, it would be convenient for your guests to receive an accommodation card, but I don't think it is necessary if you have already included your wedding website on your save the dates.

    Not everyone can or will use a website, so an accommodation card would be helpful to those who are not tech-savvy.

    Thanks!  I don't think they'll break the bank so it sounds like it is worth including!  I've never noticed if we've received accommodation cards before except when we had inner envelopes with a lot of other inserts as well.

    Our hotel gave us accommodation cards and we are just going to use those instead of reprinting the info on a card.  See if your hotel will do that so you don't have to pay for a separate card.
