I made a post before about Central Jersey halls, for my parents surprise 30th anniversary December 2014. However, we've since changed our minds.
My brother and I are still hosting the party but we are looking for offbeat places we can rent in Central NJ for the party. So far I have contact a local skating rink about hosting the party.
Does anyone have any other ideas for maybe off the beaten path locations for a party that will hold about 100 people. I don't mean a rustic farm or anything. I'm thinking something like a particular theater, museum, movie theater, etc. As a last resort, we are thinking of maybe a VFW hall, or elks club banquet hall, etc. We will also be bringing an outside caterer. We are hoping to rent any particular location for about $600 since we plan on bringing our own food,drinks, and decorations. However, we are willing to go up to $1,000 if its an absolute must.
Any suggestions?
