  I can't tell what size you are from the pictures, so don't be offended that I'm posting plus size gowns. If you found it at a used sale, it could be several seasons old. So finding the exact one is a challenge!

  The tulle sleeves on the one you're wearing were definitely an add-on that didn't come with the original dress. (You can get any seamstress to do this for very cheap)

  How can you tell the tulle is an add on? Although, it's actually a wrap. I will check out the pics you both posted. Thanks so much. I guess it doesn't matters, unless you have more ideas, but that dress was a 12 or 14.

  Because, it doesn't look like it is laying right, and it doesn't look "attached" from the photos.

  Exactly. The sleeves/wrap do not match the style of the dress, so it's clearly an add-on or alteration not intended to be part of the original design.
