Tuesday Accountability

B: Ham and egg on a skinny bagel, iced coffee with a splash of skim
S: Fruit cup
L: Chopped salad with veggies, chicken, vinegar
S: Apple
D: Crockpot salsa chicken over romaine

I haven't been paying attention to my water intake lately. Today's goal is 5 16oz cups.

  • B- Blueberries and strawberries (my fingers are stained purple from the blueberries)
    S- Cucumbers
    L- Haven't figured that out yet.
    S- Cashews and Macadamia nuts
    D- Salmon with Cauliflower cous cous- I've never substituted Cauliflower for anything but I heard it's good so I'm doing it with the cous cous. Hope it turns out good.

    E- Insanity
  • B:  banana-cakes, 2 pcs bacon, 2 eggs
    L:  MS Irish Beef and Stout Stew, roasted asparagus, orange
    S:  apple
    D:  ST pork carnitas Chipotle-style (over a salad bowl), also making Latin Rice for H so I'll have a couple bites to taste it; pineapple

    E:  taking the dog to the vet to get his toenails trimmed (it totally counts!  he is a wrestler!) and hopefully a 15 minute quick workout while the rice is cooking.
  • Already off track for the morning...oops.

    B: Peach bread slices and coffee

    L: Soup possibly

    D: More Soup!!! :D and a glass of wine of course.

    E: I really really need to clean. It's gross outside today so I am going to focus on vacumming and dusting.
