It's pretty obvious from all of @LivLeighton's posts today that she's feeling in the dumps.

I know how many of us absolutely adore her, and so I think what we should all do is let her know why.

I'll start!

I love Liv because...

1) She's smart.
2) She's logical.
3) She is helpful and supportive.
4) She can get through an entire menu of martinis. In one sitting. And be a champ about it.
5) She's funny and appreciates my sarcasm. Sometimes.
6) She's GORGEOUS.
7) She loves ALL THE ANIMALS.
8) She shotgunned a beer at my wedding.
9) She's courageous.
10) She is resilient and inspires me to press on when I feel like giving up.

Liv gives excellent advice and says what people need to hear.
She is always willing to share what's up in her life, be vulnerable, and let others learn from her.

Ohhh... I have more to add.

Liv smells really good IRL. Always. It's sort of crazy. The girl always smells good.

Liv let me watch Earl get a bath one time and it was adorable.

Liv is an amazing mommy to her animals. Tucker, her little ginger cat, has a toy fishing pole. It's precious.

Liv has the courage, strength, and perseverance to not settle for less than her dreams, in every aspect of her life.

Liv has amazing style, is an incredibly snappy dresser, and has great taste.

Liv is great at DIY and her decorations for her home are gorgeous.

This isn't true. One time we were at a bar, and Liv told me I should have another drink. I threw up in my bushes when I got home. Didn't make it to the toilet. I blame Liv.

I stated a few things over on the S/O thread, but here they are (a few might be add ons):

She very kind, and compasionate, and smart, and pretty, and smart.

She loves animals. She is their champion.

No matter who you are, she will truly listen to what you are saying and then provide well thought out advice.

She is sincere.

She is beyond hilarious.

EARL!!!!!!!!!!! She lets us all love him.

She is corageous. Not fearless, but courageous.

She allows herself to be vulnerable (in a good way) and accept love.

She's making heating pads with lavender scent. Which is exactly what I was hoping she'd make. And she is. I'm excited.

She never ever ever makes excuses. She accepts that sometimes things just suck and she fights her way through it.

She is the embodiment of my catch phrase "You must be your OWN health advocate." She takes her health seriously and stays on top of things. I know this seems like a silly thing to love, but I truly love it about her. Most folks are quick to make excuses for why they are not getting the medical attention they require, but Liv understands her ailments, their relationship with each other, and how to best manage it all. She works WITH her health care providers. This one thing just might make Liv my all time girl crush.

I love Liv because she's my best friend, my sister, the other half of my brain.

Because she's brave.

Because she gives me the advice I NEED to hear, not the advice I WANT to hear. Without fail, every time, no matter what. .

Because we can eat platters of turkey on Friendsgiving and proclaim that it is the best moment of our lives. And we mean it, with every fiber of our being.

Because she is the ONLY person I have a matching tattoo with - and that will probably never change.

Because she is the most beautiful person I've ever known, inside and out. I'm lucky enough to call her my best friend, and I feel honored beyond belief that she calls me hers.

I missed all the awesome yesterday

I love Liv because she is compassionate, caring, loving, and kind. She will check on you after surgery and reassure you that you're not dying because she's your sister and she knows. She has the biggest brave of anyone I know
