I recently got married in September, to cut down on costs for the reception and spending lots of money on finger foods or a sit down meal. My husband and I decided to have an ice cream sundae bar with ALL the toppings. (Ice cream is our favorite dessert also) For our cake we had cupcakes, chocolate chip and white chocolate chip cookies, and brownies. It was a big hit and everyone loved our idea! Our wedding was at 2:00, so there was no point to have a huge meal. Plus it was super inexpensive and just as much fun. This is a great idea if you want to go a different route and be a little different, while saving money.
