I had a wedding
recently and had Facebooth. I rented a booth for 5 hours (very
expensive). Long story short they started an hour late, the OWNER was
VERY VERY rude to me at my own reception and they didn't compensate me
by staying an extra hour. The owner RUDELY said he would give me a
partial refund, which after the wedding I reread my contract and it
states exactly what he owes me. I have yet to see my DVD from the booth
or my partial refund. My wedding is almost TWO MONTHS AGO! I have
tried calling FACEBOOTH and can never get through or a call back. This
company is a JOKE and VERY RUDE! The owner RUINED my reception for me.
PLEASE PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did!
