Running out of NJ waterfront ideas- help!!

I have seen all of the usual suspects so far and most of them are either out of my price range, or just not what I am looking for. The waterfront is something especially sentimental to me and I'd really love to have the ceremony or reception at least overlooking the water- are there any places I am missing? I have so far been to/looked into: The channel club Waters edge Breakers Mcloones pier house Avenue Ocean place Crystal point yacht club The mill Oyster point hotel Any other places you can think of? I am willing to go further south if needed to lower price. Price range is about 125 pp and we have 125 people. Thanks for the suggestions!!

    Waterview/Riverview Pavilions in Belmar. They overlook the Belmar Marina. There is also a Belmar Yacht Club that has a ballroom of sorts...You can look into that.  It overlooks Shark River I believe.  There is a restaurant that is on the water, but i believe it's the inlet, but I can't remember the name of it John something or other.....
