Anyone have any recomendations for a great inexpensive wedding DJ? I am starting my hunt now and don't know where to start!

What is your budget? Our DJ is pretty inexpensive considering the quotes from other DJ's that we received were super expensive (for 5 hours at 2000 is crazy expensive).

We are using Ambient DJ's they are pretty inexpensive they did our friend's wedding two years ago and thought they were great.

we are looking at around 1200-1500 if at all possible for a DJ. Is that doable?

Ours was under that and we really liked him a lot- Jim McBride.

He kept people on the dance floor and was not at all cheesy or obnoxious.

Our DJ is where you are looking to be and they came highly recommended from fellow brides on this site. We are using Venue Audio.

Using Colorblind Productions. They are in your budget and I've heard them at several weddings and they are great.
