Thursday Accountability

B:  1/2 serving autumn stuffed acorn squash, 1/2 bacon-wrapped green bean bundle, black coffee
L:  full serving autumn stuffed acorn squash, bacon-wrapped green bean bundle, clean orange-cranberry sauce
D:  sweet and spicy pork stir fry (LINK), lots of stir-fried veggies (aspargus, mushrooms, green onions, etc.), white rice; fresh pineapple

E:  something.  I don't know.  lacking serious want-to, just bored with all my normal work outs.

  • @southernpeach89 - the stuffed acorn squash recipe is W30 compliant and is super-filling!  maybe your almost-H would like it??  :)
  • I'm still sick...I don't even know what I'm doing today and I don't have much of an appetite. I want to go lay down and not work...at least I'm working from home. I'm wearing sweat pants, one of BF's old t-shirts, a sports bra, a hoodie and slippers. Best work outfit ever.

    B: Coffee and I ate a granola bar thing just to eat something...

    L: Leftover chicken adobo?

    D: If I feel up to cooking I'll make spinach lasagna just so we have some sort of real food in the house.

    S: Chobani blackberry yogurt
    S2: Mini Hershey's bar
    L: The freakin leftover chili that I've been putting off eating all week! 
    S: Apple
    D: I got up and sliced onions and peppers then tossed those, some chicken breasts, and a packet of taco seasoning in the crockpot so we're going to have fajitas tonight! I'm excited for this!

  • @Cocobellaf- That sounds super yummy! FI isn't a huge squash fan : ( He tries to eat it every year to see if his taste changes but it hasn't yet lol. I wanted to try this squash spaghetti recipe but it was thrown out. I'll try it myself though and just eat it for lunch.

    L- Moroccan chicken soup
    D- tilapia with brown rice and brussels sprouts

    I'm hoping all the walking I do at the convention center cancels out all the amazing San Diego food I'm about to inhale...om nom nom.  According to people that attended previous meetings, they averaged ~30,000 steps at the convention center alone.
