Resorts in the US

Anyone know any all-inclusive resorts in the U.S.?? My FI and I don't really want to travel internationally because we'll be paying for the majority of the wedding ourselves. We're probably looking to spend around $3k. We don't really want somewhere where there will be a lot of kids (if any at all

and would like more activities than just a swimming pool/beach. It would be in September '14 and Vegas and Hawaii are pretty much out. Thanks!!

As you can see, there are very few AI's in the US.

Depending on time of year, where you are leaving from and for how long, Caribbean and MX (tons of adults only AI's) are doable on $3000 budget.

Check out Secrets Silversands in Mexico. We did 5 nights plus airfare for $2200 and it was all inclusive. There are some great excursions (Tulum, Xel-Ha, Etc etc) that you could add in if you wanted to do some snorkeling or sight seeing and still be in your budget. The resort is amazing, food is divine, drinks are strong and yummy, pools are beautiful, and the people are absolutely amazing!!!!

I believe Henderson Park Inn in Destin, FL is all inclusive and also adult only. DH and I were going to go there for Chistmas but decided to cruise instead.
