A little backstory:
FI and I are having our wedding at a venue that is part of a larger resort property. We just found out that the resort will be hosting their annual wine and food festival the same weekend as our wedding, and have consequently blocked off all of the remaining rooms. We were a bit concerned that our room block would fill up (and guests would be left with nowhere to stay), so we blocked off additional rooms at a nearby hotel that isn't part of the resort.
Our dilemma is that we already had our inserts printed prior to finding out about the festival, meaning that information for the more recently added room block isn't listed. Should I redesign and print our accommodations inserts or should I make a smaller, addendum-esque insert with the information for the new hotel? Should I also include information about the wine and food festival or can that just be done via our website and word of mouth?
