So I know I'm a bit late but I just haven't had a good chunk of time to
get to it. My wedding weekend was amazing. A few hiccups here and there
but nothing that ruined my experience.
Makeup in the 702 A+
From
the moment I contacted Megan I had nothing but great service. She
called me personally to have a chat and to tell me how they work. It's
not often that the owner of a company calls you. We kept in constant
contact throughout the months and she got back to me right away with
answers to any of my questions. She called me the week before the
wedding to explain the process of the air brush makeup (which she did in
great detail) and to make sure I was doing ok. Since I booked with
them 6+ months in advance I got a great discount. Basically 50% off.
Celina (makeup) and Courtney (hair) were awesome! I had printed out
pictures of what I wanted for hair and she got it spot on. I didn't
really know what I wanted for makeup so I let Celina have free reign and
she didn't disappoint. They both did 5 makeup and 5 hair and did it
with time to spare. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to hire
them.
Joey Allen Photography A+++
One of the best decisions I
made was to hire Joey to photograph our wedding. He was amazing! We
just got our pictures in the other day and I can't stop looking at them.
He met us in the lobby of Paris after our ceremony and was there
earlier than discussed. When we went outside to take pictures it was
like a tornado. The wind was crazy. So crazy that it took my veil right
off my head and it flew across the yard. It made for some awesome
pictures of our Best Man running after it though. And a great story to
tell afterwards

Joey didn't miss a beat though, he improvised and
brought us up against the building for pictures (which turned out
amazing) and then inside the Sugar Factory. We waited until the wind
storm passed before braving the outside again. He was amazing at finding
the right lighting, making sure the shadows were right, getting strands
of my hair out of the way, and posing us. At the reception he was
everywhere! He got so many great candid photos of the speeches and
dancing. We had people telling us for a few days later how awesome he
was. He got our pics to us in just over 3 weeks in a cute little tin
with some of the best shots of the wedding on them. I would highly
recommend Joey to anyone looking for a Vegas wedding photographer. Plus his prices were awesome.
Paris Las Vegas Chapel A
First
of all the chapel was gorgeous! We got married in the Chapelle du
Paradis which is the bigger of the two chapels there. My coordinator was
Sandra Dee Valentino. She was pretty good at replying to my emails. She
told me that she would be emailing me a final details worksheet about 8
weeks before the wedding but to keep a list of all my ideas to make
things easier. She was great when it came to choosing my bouquet. She
send me an email with all the arrangements and prices but I wanted a
custom one to bring a family tradition in. She made it all happen for
me. I met with Sandra the day before the wedding to check out the chapel
and to get final instructions. The chapel photographer (Image Las
Vegas) was just ok. We ended up purchasing the disc of pictures because
she did get some good ones but some of the were a little too posed and
cheesy for my taste. Overall I was really happy with it the chapel.

We
had our reception in the Versailles Ballroom. The room itself was
beautiful. Something that you would see in the real Versailles. You
don't really need any other decorations as it is pretty ornate already.
The food was incredible! The best wedding food I have ever tasted. And
I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding. We had an open bar
and the bartender and the wait staff we very attentive and quick. They
did an awesome job. Now the reason for the B: My coordinator was a
little flaky in the end. I was a bit disappointed because I had such
good communication with her up until a month before the wedding when I
couldn't get a hold of her for 3 weeks. I emailed, left a few phone
messages and had to contact her assistant to make her call me when she
walked in the door. I met up with her when we arrived in Vegas to pick
up something I had shipped to her and she was so nice and reassuring
that everything was going to go perfect. I was sure that everything was
to my liking until we made our grand entrance into the ballroom and the
first thing I noticed was that my cake was brown! It was supposed to be
white!! I was so specific as to how I wanted my cake from the very
beginning, I even sent her pictures and the ribbon to be used on it. It
was delicious but my colour scheme was royal blue, silver and white. No
brown! The other thing was the centerpieces. I was supposed to have a
cylinder vase with a tulle ribbon, a pillar candle, and blue stones at
the bottom and silver Eiffel Towers for the table numbers. The only
thing on my tables was a flame-less pillar candle. I was so bummed out.
