Don't use Paul Saunders Photography

I live in Albany, NY and used Paul Saunders for my photographer. I was married sept 25, 2010. I STILL don't have my photo album over a year later. Every time I ask him about it, he keeps telling me that it is coming by "the end of the month"

Ugh this is depressing

my best friend got married in September on my recommendation of Paul, used him, and were getting married In March. Using him. She doesn't have her photos yet and hasn't heard back from him. I used to work with him in the industry and he was awesome.

I used Paul's assistant Jen. She was fabulous however I'm still waiting for my album over a year from the wedding. While I purchased the CD of proofs he said we would get to keep all our proofsbe carefulthe only proofs you get are the ones of the pictures you purchase unless you pay for the CD. My pictures on the CD look good, but I'm disappointed in the turn around as it was not made clear it would take this long to get pictures! I used him based on previous good reviews and a friend who had used him and had gotten pictures back quickly; however, that was almost three years ago now. I hope I get my pictures soon as we spen thousands of dollars on these pictures.

I also had Paul Saunders for my wedding. I thought they did a fantastic job the day of and my photos when I did get them were amazing. It also took a while to get mine but Paul was extremely apologetic on the wait and even upgraded some photos for the delay. Even though there was a wait it was worth it because the quality of photos were amazing and captured everything. I would still definitely recommend them!
