Has anyone heard of or used Publix in Mt. Pleasant for flowers for their wedding? I spoke with Rosemary at the florist dept and she seems ready and able to create what we want for the wedding for 1/3 of the price of all other Charleston Florists. We have allowed for a high budget for the flowers but we figured if Publix can do a good enough job, this would be a place to save.
