Hello!
I am brand
new to posting here but when I was planning my wedding the most helpful thing
was reading other brides’ posts about their vendors. I just got married on
October 11 and I know it is cliché, but it was the most amazing day EVER. All
of our vendors were beyond amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
Venue:
Bournedale Function Facility http://www.capefunctions.com/
Bournedale
is the most gorgeous, unique venue on the South Shore. The function facility overlooks a lake and is
secluded from its neighbors. We were married at a church, but you can also get
married on the grounds. Darin Fabrizi, the wedding coordinator, made the entire
process incredibly easy and enjoyable. He is super helpful, not just with
information about Bournedale, but he also gave us a lot of great advice about
wedding planning in general. The pictures online truly don’t do it justice you
need to go down to see it.
Photographer:
Wandering Seaman http://www.wanderingseamanphotography.com/
Brad Seaman
& Stephanie Sguigna are phenomenal. My husband and I literally loathe
having our photos taken and they made the process completely enjoyable and
comfortable. We did an engagement session and wedding photos with them and both
exceeded our expectations. The turnaround was really quick and the quality was
exemplary. The photos capture not only
the beauty of the day, but you can genuinely feel the joy/emotions everyone
experienced through their shooting style. I have recommended them to two other
brides I am close with because I was so happy with my experience.
DJ: Dave
Solimine- Good Times Unlimited http://goodtimesunlimited.publishpath.com/dave-solimine
Dave had
everyone on the dance floor from the second they put their forks down after
dinner until the very last song. The music was perfect for the entire crowd
(ages 20-80) and people are still keep talking about how great it was. Dave is
such a great guy and super easy to work with. I will absolutely be hiring him
for any event that I have in the future. The music set the tone for the entire
night and it was on point.
Cake: Cake
Monstah http://www.cakemonstah.com/
We did a
wedding cake and groomsman cake from Michelle Scurio of Cake Monstah and could
not have been happier. Both were so delicious guests went back for multiple
servings. Her work is absolutely gorgeous and equally tastey. Michelle was
great to work with and really accommodating to make sure we were happy with the
flavors and look of the cakes.
Hair/Make
Up: Aristocracy http://www.aristocracysalon.com/
I cannot say
enough about everyone that works at Aristocracy. I get my hair done there
normally and am always super happy with how it looks but all of our hair and
makeup for the wedding was stunning. They really took the time to get to know
our personal style and likes and matched our hair and makeup accordingly. All
of the girls were so kind and amazing at making us all look gorgeous. Alyssa made my hair look PERFECT and she made
the process really fun and relaxing Ari did my makeup and I couldn’t have been
happier with how it came out.
Dress: Maria’s
of Italy http://www.mariaofitaly.com/
After
shopping at 4 other bridal stores Maria’s was hands down the best service and
selection of dresses. The owner Kelly is the sweetest person ever and made the
dress buying process a breeze. She was not pushy at all and kept looking for
dresses until we both knew that I had found the right one. She did the
alterations as well and the dress fit to perfection.
Flowers: Flowers
by Mary http://www.capecodflowersbymary.com/
Flowers by
Mary is in Orleans, but her flowers are so gorgeous we transported them to
Plymouth. All of the centerpieces and our bouquets were beautiful and people
were fighting to take them home.
Tux: Domenic’s
Tux http://www.domenicstux.com/
Domenic
helped my husband and I pick out the tuxes and he is an absolute blast. Really
funny, really helpful, and steered us to the perfect tux rental for the guys.
